Ways to reach the office
Pick the method that suits you. Each one reaches the same place, and every message gets a reply within one business day.
Text or call (917) 905-3183
Texting is the easiest way to get started. Send your name and a line such as "I'd like to schedule a session," and the office will text back with next steps. You can also call the same number and leave a message. Please keep health details out of texts; those conversations belong in a secure session.
Email [email protected]
Email works well for longer questions, such as coordinating sessions for several family members or asking about a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Use the secure request form
The appointment request form on this page is secure and takes about two minutes. Share your name, how to reach you, the state you live in, and a sentence or two about what is going on.
What happens after you reach out?
- A reply within one business day. The office confirms which state you will be in during sessions and answers questions about scheduling and fees.
- Scheduling. Sessions are arranged flexibly. Texas clients schedule in Central Time; New Jersey and New York clients schedule in Eastern Time.
- Intake paperwork and your video link. Before the first appointment you receive forms to complete and a secure, HIPAA-compliant link that opens in your browser. There is no app to download.
- Your first session. Dr. Audrey spends it understanding the whole picture and talking through what treatment could look like.
Who can book with Dr. Audrey?
Dr. Audrey is licensed in Texas (LPC-S), New Jersey (LPC) and New York (LMHC). You need to be physically located in one of those three states at the time of each session. She works with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples and families, and family members can log in from different homes.
If you are not sure the practice is the right fit, the Ask Dr. Audrey page explains how to start with a question rather than a booking.
Already a client?
Existing clients can sign in to the TherapyPortal client portal, or reach the office by text or email as usual. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Fees and insurance questions
Dr. Audrey is an out-of-network provider. Rates are shared when you reach out, and she provides a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It is worth calling your plan to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session. More detail is on the FAQ and fees page.
Mailing addresses
The practice is 100% online, so there is no office to visit and no waiting room. The addresses below are for business mail only:
- Primary: 1159 2nd Ave #157, New York, NY 10065
- Texas: 743 W Main St, Coppell, TX 75019
The Coppell address reflects Dr. Audrey's long-standing practice there; she has served the Dallas-Fort Worth area for more than two decades.
In an emergency
The office is not set up to respond to emergencies. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
